The main function is to develop and specify mechanical parts needed for electronic drivers modules and control devices.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with mechanical/ electrical designers and engineers internal and from manufacturing to ensure optimal selection and proper design-in of mechanical components such as plastic housing moulding, metals, packing, connectors etc.
You will evaluate qualification and quality data from manufactures and initiates additional tests to ensure devices meet the high quality standards of our customer. You will take part in multi-disciplinary teams to solve mechanical quality issues and communicate lessons learned with designer community and/or production sites. You will operate in a team of mechanical and component engineers who are technical responsible for mechanical components.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor: Engineer in mechanics or equivalent by experience. In depth technological knowledge of materials (metals, aluminium, plastics), cosmetics and finishing techniques (paints and prints). Practical knowledge of design of plastic products and a good understanding of constructions for plastic injection. Knowledge of metal products, material and their production process. Knowledge of electro mechanical components such as connector, switches and cables. Knowledge of CAD development tools (AutoCAD & inventor 11). Experience as a mechanical product developer.
Skills:
Communicative, motivated, flexible and a good team player. Feeling for design. Creative, innovative. Good knowledge of English. Willing to travel abroad
